For long-term rentals (for residential use): The provisions on distance contracts are entirely excluded (according to Article 46(6) of the CPA).
In view of the above, all reservations made at the non-refundable rate are final. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the user, the prepaid amount is not refundable.
All reservations made through our website are final and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, change of dates or non-appearance by the consumer, the amount paid is not refundable.
This policy is fully in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), according to which the standard 14-day right of withdrawal from an online contract and refund does not apply to accommodation services. This legal exception applies both to short-term tourist reservations for specific dates (Article 57(12) of the CPA) and to rentals of residential properties (Article 46(6) of the CPA). By making a reservation, you expressly agree to these terms.
Commercial communications

Applicable Law
